A $250 security deposit is collected and returned within 7 days of your visit if no damages are report or observed.
If damages are incurred – a receipt will be provided showing the cost of replacement (product, time, service charges etc) and you will receive a refund of the difference, or an invoice for the extra due. We will collect a $50 service charge for having to coordinate, shop, organize the fix – to cover our time.
If the damages cause us to lose or forfeit another booking, you will be responsible for covering our losses. (Ex: breaking a dining room table which prevents the next family rental, or destroying a bed frame, or damaging HVAC etc)
AirCover will mitigate any loses pursuant to their policies and procedures.
